For undergraduate courses:

Bachelor of Arts (B.A)The applicant must have passed the class 12th exam conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with English and any one of the Modern Indian or Foreign Languages / classical Language / Information Technology. Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)The candidate should have passed the class 12th exam of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, or its equivalent with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved category candidates) at one sitting.
Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) 3-yearThe candidates who have passed the Degree Examination in any Faculty of a recognized University or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% marks at the qualifying examination if there is no eligibility test and, 40% of marks at the qualifying examination if there is an eligibility test. A relaxation of 5% is given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
